Villa in Kassandra Chalkidiki with amazing view of the Aegean and Mount Olympus

A 400 square meters all sunny villa at Nea Potidea on the peninsula of Kassandra.Located in one acre olive grove overlooking the Aegean Sea with an amazing view of Mount Olympus, sunsets to die for and cool sea breeze all day and night. A private and secluded property only 200 meters away from a 1.5 klm long almost deserted beach. Still if you want to enjoy the beach bar fun, there are plenty on the other side of the peninsula only 1klm away. The picturesque village of Nea Potidea is only 2 klms away which is known for the beautiful canal that links the Aegean with the Gulf of Toroneos, amazing seafood taverns and beach bars. If you would like to explore further, the tourqoise beaches on Sithonia, the second peninsula of Chalikidiki are an hour drive away and the famous beach bars of Kassandra only 40 to 50 minutes away (under normal traffic conditions...). The proeprty is only 50 minutes drive from the airport of Thesaloniki.
The house has five bedrooms, 3 with double beds two with two singles each, 3 bathrooms 2 living rooms and a spacious kitchen. Outdoors there is a tennis court, two patios, a brick oven and a barbeque. Water is heated by solar panels and there are no a/c units as the sea breeze and the ceilling fans provide a healthier and enviromentaly friendlier cooling of the place.
The kitchen is equiped with all the necessary appliances such as refrigirator and a dishwasher as well as with all the cooking and dining utensils. All the bathrooms have shampoo and shower gel. There is no washing machine but for long stays (over a week) we can arrange a laundry service at low cost. Linens and towels are provided.
