”The Hotel Staff was nice and the beds were very comfortable, however the top portion of the freezer was frost bitten and wouldn't close. My sister is diabetic and needed to freeze her medicine. We called the front desk, but nothing happened until she spoke to the manager. Maintenance did come right away. However, because the refrigerator door didn't close the night before, all of the ice melted before hand. Management was willing to switch out the refrigerator. ”

”The staff that I encountered during my stay were all friendly and responded to any concerns. The room overall was nice but the bathroom had a small sink with no counter which made it difficult to have things available on the sink for washing up, brushing teeth, etc. This hotel is in a good location and is very close to the new ampitheater. Also, just to note, the hotel is undergoing a renovation so the construction noise was still going on at 6pm when we left for dinner. There is a note...
