”They wouldn't let us check in early and we were traveling and they didnt even check the actual room. The pool felt nice but it needed to be cleaned. Our ac in our room wasnt cooling down the room and they tried to fix it by nelting the ice with a hair dryer which didnt work because we had to tell them again and they switched our room towards the end of our stay. ”Super cute atmosphere. We enjoyed the decor and unique art. Overall, the room was clean, but some things were in disrepair (exhaust fan and light in bathroom). The food was good, but the kitchen and dining service was lackluster. It was our first time to Richmond, so we didn’t know what to expect, the neighborhood is a mixed bag.”
