”New owners took over and they are working diligently to improve the facility. The only issue I had was trying to phone ahead and let them know that I would be a late arrival.
No phones working at time of check in. But they had supplier working on this issue and has been resolved.
The young man at reception desk was wonderful, above average by anyone’s standards”

”Bathroom was dirty. As there was urine on the toilet from previous guest. The tub looked dirty still. A lot of soap scum. Which means it hadn’t been cleaned before I moved in. Good thing I always bring my own disinfectant wipes. Also was the first time I had ever stayed at a hotel that had a laminated card in the room that had a price list for how much they would charge your credit card if something was stolen or damaged from the room. That was interesting.
Breakfast was decent. Bread...

”Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. I am a huge ice water drinker. Only one ice machine which was on 1st floor at the endofthehallway. I'm possibly the only one this affected but I think providing ice and water shouldn't be so difficult. I see this in other hotel chains.”
