We have stayed before and been very happy. This time we stayed in room 209 at 5.30am we were awoken by the noise of extractor or air con units just outside the window. I would stay again but would stipulate an even number room to avoid this noise.

Overall, a good experience and the place smelled really nice! Most of the staff were professional and friendly. The only downside was the shower — it didn’t drain well and could be improved.

Excellent first rate property, room was perfect facing the quiet garden area. We sat out on the balcony and had coffee and tea in the morning. Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay.
