”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”One thing I always look for, book for and am willing to pay more for is the hot tub. The pictures when booking made it look like a very nice pool area with a nice round hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was a construction zone, and there was no warning at all. Very disappointing. Also, the breakfast options were much to expensive for what was offered. The room was laid out nicely, but was old and not well kept. The shower was dripping and the shower floor was slimy, so I couldn't use it. The...

”Clean room and comfortable beds”

”The first room that was assigned to us was terrible; small, looked like a basement although it was on 3rd floor, had only ugly white lighting! Luckily the staff listened to our complaints and changed it immediately to a normal room. The staff was kind and polite. Our room was clean. Breakfast had a rich menu. However, there was no complimentary water bottles (we were told that the hotel ran out of water). They were being sold though.”
