I believe the host is in a different time zone, but we did not receive the lock code until almost an hour after arriving that evening and I had to reach out to customer service in order to get a hold of him.”

”The home was great! Well taken care of. Plenty of room for our party. Good neighborhood. Only downside was communication with owner. Reached out a few times via VRBO msg, phone calls, and text msgs; only connected once with owner. The one time we connected I was able to get info needed for arrival and departure. I have recommended this property to friends and family already. We would stay again.”
