”Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. The site claimed there was a communal pool in the amenities but when we get there and see the pool, it was dirty and unavailable to swim in which was the main reason we booked in the first place. Bookings like this remind me that...

”I booked our stay at this property 1 week prior to check in. Shortly after I booked this property, I received an email from VRBO that my reservation was confirmed. While driving to the property on check in day we were 30 minutes from arriving at the property when I contacted the owner for check in procedures.
