”While technically not in Nehalem, this property is everything else the listing says it is. It was so nice to be out of town and away from the drove of tourist traffic. The house is clean, well-decorated, and the furniture was comfy. Communication was quick, clear and friendly. Our dog loved being able to roam, as well. We would recommend this spot to anyone who wants a quiet, secluded vacation. ”

”I loved this little cottage! It was comfy and cozy. They had everything--soap, towels, dish soaps, sponges, cookware, dinnerware. They even had kids plates and cups which was SO thoughtful because i had 2 small children with me. A nice, big tv with streaming and a cozy bed. As well as a pull out couch bed. The full kitchen was so nice, i had to prepare meals for my celiac toddler and it was so nice. The shower is a bit small if you are a bigger person like my husband. But it worked fjne for me....

”This place was great! Open and spacious with an awesome view from the living room/balcony. The bedroom upstairs and downstairs each have their own full bath. The kitchen was great as well. This is definitely a rental. So, may not have as many items stocked in the kitchen, but not at all an issue. The location was great as it was just about an hour and a half from Cannon beach in the north and about the same to Newport in the south. Tillamook was just about 1/2 hr. ”We found this property exactly as presented in the website. Everywhere in the house was very clean and well maintained, as well as the surrounding property. We ate in much of the time and was very happy with how well supplied the kitchen was with cookery, utensils, dishes. The family enjoyed the use of the hot tub, which was clean and easy to use. We especially enjoyed the fire pit to sit around, visit, and recap our days. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with Beachy Pine and look...
