Staff very friendly. Very nice, clean property. My coffee maker did not work the first morning and I let them know but nothing was done about it.

This property is beginning to age. Updates are going to be needed soon. The breakfast is a joke. The bed was clean and comfortable. I would consider a newer more modern property next time. All of the employees were very good. I've stayed here before and had no complaints.

The room was spacious and well decorated. The bedding and mattress was comfortable. Comfy robes were provided. The hotel is literally 34 steps to the entrance door of the Pioneer Woman Mercantile restaurant and gift shop. Despite being on the 5th floor, the noise from Main Street was uncomfortable. ...
