”The breakfast was wonderful with bagels, Danish, Greek yogurt, cereals, eggs, toast, jams...we loved every morning sipping our coffee in the garden room and talking with other guests. ”

”In truth we only booked this spot for the fireplace, only to find that the fireplaces are for show, the bed canopy is also for show, and there's no amenities like a breakfast or anything. Staff is nice but also didn't give us the right location for parking. The hotel parking sheet itself shows 2 locations that you're not even allowed to park at, which more speaks on management not updating any of their notices. Our room alone was still really neat despite not what we expected, I would not go...

”Property was nice and clean and had been renovated. Enjoyed our stay it’s nice. They gave us earplugs because the restaurant across the street plays loud music until 10 o’clock and after that it was fine. We will come stay there again thanks”

”A little noisy 9-10 o’clock out in the 4th floor hallway. I had to check our door 3-4 times as I thought someone was trying to break-in. Nothing seen. May have been a guest in & out of their room not being considerate of others.”

”It has good location on quiet street. Free parking. Excellent service on front desk. The hotel was dated, but pretty clean. Earplugs are must. Breakfast is free, it includes coffee, bread, eggs and cereals. The hotel bit pricey for value, but i think in SF it might be difficult to find good hotels for decent price. Overall this is OK place for few days stay ”

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....

”I specifically chose this place to park the car, but there are so many cars that sometimes there is no space for parking. The only thing I liked there was the upper deck where we sat and ate. The numbers in the pictures look better, but in reality, not in the branches, in my case, the things inside were whiter, broken, and not well maintained.”

”The photos of this place look completely different. I paid for a king standard thats suppose to be bigger but the staff gave me a smaller room. He claimed that there was some conference going on and thats why he couldn't give me the bigger room that i purchased. Also THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. Kinda felt like a prison. There were also ants. I dont think i will be coming back.”
