”It was nice for a quick overnight stay to go to the cubs game! The check in/check out situation was a little weird. There’s someone at the desk only at certain times, when we came to check in, we had to call a number that was posted at the desk and the person we talked to said they would send someone, then they came up a few minutes later later. When we checked out, we left around 930, and no one is there till 10 so we just left our keys in their “express checkout” which was just a box. Overall...

”This B&B is absolutely worth visiting due to the breakfast. If you are tired of those standard hotel breakfasts visit this place and you'll be happy. Rooms are rather normal and the general spaces are full of "collector's" stuff, don't let that disturb you (ok the weightlifter statue might get the cr** out of you if you stay in the room next to that) .. breakfast is the thing why you come here (you'll get a 5* breakfast in this place). Staff is extremely nice (enjoyed discussing with them a lot)...

”I loved this hotel! It’s in a beautiful part of uptown Chicago (Andersonville- an adorable gayborhood), near lots of cute shops, thrift stores, pubs, and bakeries. It sits right across the street from a beautiful cemetery, filled with gorgeous old trees.
