Even with an exorbitant nightly rate, we still had to pay a resort fee which should have been included in that rate. If you are a person who wants to take advantage of the sports complex then this is a good hotel for you but if you're looking just for a nice hotel, this isn't it. ”We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. ”Room was not ready at check in time. Phone in room did not work. We asked for a roll away bed for our grandson and was told that we could not get a roll away because it is a fire hazard. Roll away shows up after we sent our grandson home. No late check out offered. This hotel is poorly managed.”
