”J’avais demandé chambre avec lit XXL avec vu sur le lac malheureusement nous étions au premier et malheureusement la vue sur le lac pas extra. Et le lit doit être un 180 donc rien à voir avec un XXL. Sinon très jolie chambre et personnel très sympathiques et accueillants. ”

”No air conditioner or proper soundproofing. We heard everything from the hall to the room and our room was next to the breakfast so it was noisy when people were going back and forth. During the summer room is hot. And there is no fridge in the room so it’s also a small minus. Breakfast was simple but still okay, Swiss cheese and quality apple juice etc. ”

”The old part of the hotel was very beautiful and the public spaces well kept. However, the rooms had seen their best days and neither the spa was the most charming one, especially the locker and shower area. As hotel residents, we thought we would have access to all parts of the spa, but it turned out that the sauna/hammam area with jaccuzis would have cost additional 10 CHF/person. And the same thing with the gym. Next to the hotel there was quite a busy street and a gas station. On the other...

”The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. The location is not far from both the train station and the downtown (almost middle of the slope between the station and the downtown). The breakfast was not gorgeous but sufficiently good for me. Only the problem was no AC. The room was quite hot during my stay.”

”Accueil tres chaleureux, chambre super, wc séparé de la salle de bain, chambre spacieuse. Le wifi fonctionne très bien et le tv aussi. Le seul regret mais l'hôtel ni est pour rien, c'est le radar limitation 40 en repartant direction Neuchâtel, attention a ce radar que je trouve abusif car le panneau limitation et tres proche du radar a peine le temps de reagir...”

Suurta miinusta vain vastaanotosta, sijaitsi hotellin takana, ja helppo löytää jos tietäisi että se on oikeasti siellä takana eikä se ole se ravintola siinä edessä. Mutta hyvä hotelli muuten :) I liked this hotel, but the reception was hard to find..”
