We had booked a room for one night. There was no air conditioning and we were told that in the night it will only be heat mode and we could open the window if we wanted it colder. The window faced the street and we couldn’t sleep until 2ish since the people walking in thw streets were loud. We had a friend booked into another room in the same property and they had the same issues. The pictures on Expedia said the room had a terrace .. yes it did but it was a shared one and access was from outside the room. So couldn’t use it.
The bathroom was very small and cramped and the toiletries were bad. Good thing we carried our own stuff. The staff was rude. We were given 4 bottles of water for one day and we asked for extra bottles at the reception the next day morning since it was so hot and we drank all the four bottles. They said they have to look and never gave us one.. we were ready to pay but they never even gave us that option.
The check in time is 2 pm and our luggage never reached the room until late evening when we had to remind them.
The place is walkable to nearby restaurants and shopping places which was a saving grace. Overall did not enjoy our stay as we ended up with almost no sleep.
