”We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress.”

”Very clean. Lobby and rooms smelled good. Had a nice fire pit we enjoyed for a few hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again if in the area. ”

”Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”

”This hotel has awful customer service. We booked this hotel for a concert that was happening in Columbus since we were not from here. When we arrived at check in time, 4pm, we were told that our room was not ready and that they would call us when it was. When we tried to check in on the status an hour later at 5pm we were told that the room would not be ready until after we would need to leave for the concert. ”The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that.”
