”Lovely property and excellent breakfast”

”The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again.”

”I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.”

”Room was damp. upholstery was stained. floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. The pool was closed for remodeling, which was a big inconvenience with a six year old. Had counted on the pool after a long day of travel. Expedia advertised with pool! Breakfast was good and staff was nice.”

”I’m now fully committed to staying only at Home2 Suites by Hilton because of this property! Entire property was super well-thought out, modern, very clean, and well maintained! Room has a very useful floorpan for working remotely from rhe room with family/children and it even has a full kitchen with a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Outdoor pool was amazing for my kiddos to enjoy! They thought they were going to be bored as I had to work that afternoon, only to find the pool and breakfast were...

”A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting.”

”There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day.”

”I forgot my earrings on the bathroom counter. Immediately noticed after checkout. Went straight back to get them but they had already been stolen!!! The maid hadn’t even cleaned the room. Just gone in and had the door open”
