This place is beautiful. We were checking in late, after their front desk closed, and they made sure we can enter the room and have a VIP experience. The resort is beautiful. Stunning nature, lovely pool, everything was clean. Very comfortable beds and soft linens. High end toiletries. We will visit again.

"For the price it was certainly worth it, but to be downtown, I was expecting something a little more modernized. Staffing 10/10 across the board. They were accommodating and due to some light fixtures not working properly and the tub. I believe I was discounted. And if not, the staff were so polite ..."
