”Great location, and a lot of space, especially for the price. There is a loud vibration from the machine downstairs until 10 pm. You only hear it in the bedroom. Probably wouldn’t bother most people, but my ears are sensitive. Other than that, great place.”

”Overall a very poor experience. This was a VBRO rental through Travelocity. We got not check in instructions and had to make several phone calls to get assistance for check in. Overall almost 2 hours after a day of travel to get into the unit. The unit is very sparsely furnished and has only a double bed and couch. The place was not very clean either. Would definitely not rent again”

”This was our second year staying at Colony by the Sea, and it’s safe to say we’ll absolutely be back! While we experienced a very minor hiccup on our first day, Naomi personally stepped in and took care of everything immediately. That’s the kind of customer service that turns a small inconvenience into a reason to come back. She was responsive, professional, genuinely caring, and made sure our vacation got right back on track. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We...
