”Our stay was May 31st-June 3 2024. The house was perfect and the location was just as described. All you need to do is walk out the back door and the beach was there. The house had everything we needed. Amy the owner was so sweet and available anytime we had questions. I am very picky on where we stay and I would definitely recommend staying here. We had 9 of us in our group and had plenty of room.”

”We had a wonderful stay at this beach home. Everything was exactly as advertised and the pictures posted are 100% accurate. The communication with Jamie was prompt and professional. The bedrooms are laid out very nicely to give everyone their own space, the balconies (front and back) provide nice views, the beach is a very short and comfortable walk down the street. I would recommend this house and look forward to perhaps visiting again one day.”

”We loved every inch of Sweetwater Cottage. The neighborhood amenities are very nice and easy to access. Bullfrogs sang us to sleep. Spotless and comfortable! Super quiet neighborhood. Nothing is closer than Oriental, so plan your trip accordingly. We ate at Brantley’s, Barcos, and Toucan Bar and Grill. All were good. We took the ferry from Minnesott Beach and spent a day in Morehead/Beaufort-great day trip. We left relaxed and rested. Highly recommend. My only criticism of the trip? It’s...

”This was the best little cottage ever!! It was clean, close to everything, a short walk to the beach, and so cozy! It’s a quiet area with low light so, we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. The beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. There are spare toys and games to use while there. It truly was my favorite so far! We can not wait to return.”

”First I will say that Kellie, the owner, is excellent. She was very communicative and handled any issues we had upon arrival. Initially I would have scored lower, but because she was quick to reply and fix our issues in a timely manner, we were very pleased. Would stay again! The location was just perfect for our family since we have littles and have to carry a lot of things to the beach. It’s also centrally located by Atlantic beach and Beaufort which were both towns we loved exploring.”

”We met our family in NC to spend the week together. NC is the halfway point between us. The cottage was clean & ready for us. The location is so convenient. We loved Ft. Macon state park & beach. Had an amazing jet ski tour with AB Water, the boys tried out fishing; overall a nice & relaxing time. I’d rebook again. The downstairs full bath is highly convenient for 6 people, only can use some ventilation. Thanks again!”

”Our family enjoyed our visit to the Pamlico River while attending ECU graduation activities. There was plenty of room for 9 adults to spread out. The house was incredibly clean too. If any questions come up the owner was quick to respond and hospitable. I would absolutely recommend considering friends and family to stay at this beautiful house on the water.”
