”On arrival I was initially a bit disappointed as the hotel looked 'old style'. We live in Jamaica and have stayed at many 4* hotels. ”It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. ”

”I went to the property at about 9:00pm. I was with my mom (73years old) my adult and young son. We drove for 4 hours only to be told we need to cancel because someone has occupied the property until the 30th December. I can’t begin to say I was so disappointed. I could find no other place on Christmas Eve so at that time I had to drive for another 3 hours to return home. Worst experience I have ever had. ”

”This villa is truly a hidden gem. I loved the experience and had a great time. ”This booking was a scam, got to the property and no reservation listed under my name. Reception confirmed the phone number listed on booking was not the phone number on file for the owner. ”The host/owner was a charming and welcoming hostess. She was reassuring in words and deed to the point where she has emergency evacuation notices posted in the property. She provided printed information for restaurants, transportation, local activities and delivery service. She is an amazing host with a great and friendly personality yet not short of professionalism.
