”Breakfast: juice machine didn’t work, so no juice, no apologies.Hotel was dirty and run down Everywhere. Super 8 has done it’s time. You can stay there, but cannot give one reason why you would.”

”The bathroom had no fan so when taking a shower the entire bathroom had condensation. Everything was wet. The carpet seemed to be dirty, or maybe cleaned but had residual soap . There was no restaurant as was indicated in the Expedia website. It probably should be called a lodge instead of a hotel. The walls did not block any sou. The fridge froze everything we put in it. Positive- Plenty of hot water and water pressure . Checking guy was very cordial and explained things well.”

”Room was clean, comfortable, small. The continenal breakfast might have been OK, but on Sunday I it just wasn't. We had you come back to check in: No staff just like Sunday morning but she did return at 7 pm. Buildings look neglected but the room was cleaned and comfortable but there was no climate control to be found.”

”Kids loved the heated pool. Comfortable bed, good shower and decent breakfast. They were pretty good for being overwhelmed/completely full due to the storm early in the week that put a lot of locals in hotels due to no power”

”Quite surprised. I would have been happy at double the price. Very clean. No complaints.”

”Power went out at 9 PM and was still not back on at 8 AM when we left. Room had no emergency lighting and by morning the hall and stair lighting had failed, leaving the stairs dark very dangerous. No breakfast due to no power. Couldn't raise the shades to let in morning light because they are powered by electricity. No luggage cart upon check in. A backup generator should be added. ”

”Excellent stay! A major storm erupted while we were there. Knocked out the power to the hotel and town. Manager was very calm, efficient, and handled the event very efficiently. She single handedly got all hotel guests out of their room and relocated to the lobby and instructed everyone where to go and what to do if the tornado touched down. 115+mph winds and rain. Thankfully no tornado. She provided water, blankets for these that were wet from the rain and glow sticks to whoever needed them. I...

”The windowsill in my room had a lot of black dirt on it that was never removed by the housekeeping staff. The outside of the window had peeling paint and weather stripping that was glowing around in the wind. Some general maintenance is needed.”

”The front desk was rude and not helpful this is my 3rd IHG stay that was very disappointing.The property in Great Bend Ks was always wonderful but some of the other locations have not lived up to that expectation. I will never book again!”

Additionally, housekeeping services were only provided every three days, which meant I frequently had to request fresh towels and washcloths. I also experienced a leak from the window whenever it rained. Another inconvenience was that there were no trash bags in the trash cans, which made it uncomfortable to dispose of trash directly into the bins. ”This place is terrific, and I feel like an idiot leaving reviews for it. I don't want anyone else to know about the place, but they treated me so well that Id feel like a jerk if I didn't give these folks the kudos they deserve. Fantastic. Can't wait to come back!”
