After a long drive and arriving at 9pm, we had issues with our TV and someone came and fixed it and then left and then we noticed when we tried to shower that there were two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo or body wash. ”Our room was not ready when we got there, we had to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. We arrived at 10:30pm. The room was unbearably hot, we asked for a fan to help cool it down along with the ac. The apologized and did give us $20.00 for the inconvenience. Besides that, it was a decent place to stay.”

”Stayed for one night. Room was clan and comfortable. There was two pools, one indoor pool and one outside in the middle of the llodge area. There also was a dry sauna. Breakfast was ok, cofffee and toasts, some yogurt and muffins. ”

”Overall the hotel was good but certain areas could use a little attention. The hallway walls near our room are very banged up and have scrapes all over them (probably from housekeeping carts). There are large bleach spots on the carpet near our room. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and had some variety to choose from.”

”Our stay at the Starlight Lodge was as advertised and expected. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. This is an older Motel with a nostalgic feel to a time before the fancy hotels and every amenity that you could think off. The Lady’s that run the front desk were very polite and made us feel at home. Location is perfect with breakfast lunch and dinner close. ”During our visit the power had been disrupted around the entire town. Lights out! However, the staff did all they could to make guests feel comfortable and safe. They helped us and many other visitors by answering questions and providing recommendations in the tough situation. Once we got in our room, we were able to adjust until the power eventually returned and the remainder of our trip went well. We enjoyed our stay in the area and the hotel and staff definitely made the trip better.”

”This place is always amazing! We go every year and the pool is the best for the littles to get out extra energy. They’ve also added more to their hot breakfast which is great and staff is always friendly. My only complaint would be the hot tub is out again. It’s a finicky thing with a mind of its own, but over all we love this place.”
