”Great place to stay for the time we were in Zanesville area. Great location right near I-70. Clean facility, lots of room. Met the owner while we were there. He’s a really nice guy.”

”Overall pretty good. It might be time to replace some towels and bedding. Things are looking worn. Everything works, but it feels a little tired. We were there a couple years ago at the same time of year. The river is still beautiful and the house is just a short, scenic drive from Amish sh Country. ”

”Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. ”

”Would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We came down to ride the 555 on motorcycles and it was a great place to stay for that. ”

”A fantastic getaway for large families! This home offers a beautiful, secluded setting where you can truly enjoy nature. The interior is incredibly spacious, featuring a large kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Although we traveled without our pets this stay, the pet-friendly policy is a huge plus. Highly recommended for anyone needing a quiet, comfortable retreat.”
