”Overall very good. Lots of space, good layout. All the necessities were there. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. The bedroom with an ensuite was quite warm (we stayed in early January, so hot weather), as not much air con got in there. But it had a ceiling fan. Just an FYI - limit of 7 guests, and only 1 single bed, which I didn't think was super obvious from the listing.”

”We stayed 2 nights. The accommodation was in a very quiet location in beautiful grounds. It was like a home away from home. We visited Dubbo Western Plains Zoo and enjoyed it very much. Thanks Sue and Angus for an enjoyable stay. ”

”This is a fantastic place to stay for nearby events - or when travelling with pets. The accommodation is spacious, well thought-out, and has everything you might need during your stay. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are only a 5 min drive away, and other conveniences are only a 2 min walk. We won't be staying anywhere else in Tamworth.”

”Lovely little cottage in Broke. Clean and comfortable. Soft bed with good pillows. Lovely freshly baked bread and brownies left by the owner with other breakfast foods which was a lovely surprise. The only think i didnt like was the shower as it was very small and im not a fan of waterfall shower heads. Didnt get to use the spa or games room but it looked great”
