”The disappointment was deception in advertising. You should know there is NO staff. You check in with codes that you receive via text. It's a touchless, faceless experience. No common areas. Zero chance at any customer service. It's a new type of "hospitality" that is AI driven and has no personal interaction or touch. All tech. Photos make the rooms and facilities look bigger than they are. It very much reminded me of a college dorm. 3-4 stories but no elevator. Narrow halls and steps....

”The Inn is in a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and a comfortable arm chair and good lamp provided a cozy place for R&R. The spacious common area & well kept grounds would be a very pleasant place to spend time with family and friends. I was advised in advance that the restaurant was not serving dinner, but the staff provided a list of eateries in the local area. I had a very good meal at the New American Grill. The breakfast menu at the...

”This place probably has the worst quality/price rating ever. Rooms are small, worn out and dirty. Bed was very worn out with a very poor mattress. Only entertainment in the room was the Holy Bible that was left laying on the table. There were even no glasses on the room (are we supposed to drink straight from the tap?). When we arrived to the place, we were directed to a room that was not cleaned. When going back to the reception, they appologized and gave us another room. When we asked for...
