”TV —— did not have 2 channels in the rooms (ABC and FOX). Had to go down ti\o the conference room to watch the NBA finals. Breakfast was on time and excellent. The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced.”

”We booked this hotel for the wrong date (June 9 and it should’ve been June13). When we got to the hotel it was fully occupied. The staff were very nice. Unfortunately we contacted Expedia and they called the hotel who stated that they would not give us a voucher for another stay. We’ve stayed there many times and it’s perplexing that they don’t value returning customers enough to accommodate them. Needless to say we will not stay there again.”

”Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.”

”The ac must have a motion detector to turn on the guest programmed temperature. As long as we were in the room, like at night time, the AC worked. But if you set it at 70, and are gone all day hoping to walk into a cool room, it will not turn on until we walked into the room. Parking is terrible due to the daily events in there multiple event centers. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work the whole stay. I appreciate the have a heart mouse traps in ice rooms, but very gross to be visible to...

”I made my reservation last minute. I think I arrived around 2 a.m. Check-in was painless and easy. My toom eas very nice, clean, comfortable, and no weird smells. The last time I stayed here they had just bought the building and were doing updates. I was interested in breakfast and one of the employees walked me all the way to the restaurant. Very, very, helpful. The bar looks open. Very nice and clean. The restaurant menu, the offerings appear to be available a-la-carte, as well. I ordered...

”Room was clean, beds comfortable. There were a few minor negatives, like a bare lamp bulb with no shade, and no other chair than the desk chair. Breakfast was excellent. I would have given 5 stars to this property, except that they advertised a restaurant and room service on their ad, and don’t have one. Also, twice I tried calling, and no one answered.”
