About the Space

Sleeping Arrangements: Queen bed, day bed with trundle, and twin bunks (sleeps up to 6, but transitioning to max occupancy of 2).

Living Area: Bright and cozy with a large window, a comfy seating area, dining table, and Roku TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with essentials, coffee maker, microwave, and complimentary coffee, tea, and popcorn.

Bathroom: Stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and all you need for a relaxing stay.

Size: Cozy = small. Living area: ~420 sq ft. Back room: ~50 sq ft.

Right downtown on George Street, a main thoroughfare connecting East & West sides of New Glasgow.

Steps away from grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Parking available across the street.

Guest Access & Safety

The apartment is part of a two-unit home; the homeowner lives on-site.

Entry is private, with a secure doorbell cam monitoring the entrance & parking lot.

Guests with no reviews or incomplete profiles may be asked for additional information. A government-issued photo ID may be required for self-check-in.

The person booking must be the one staying; no third-party bookings.

House Rules

We want you to feel at home, but please respect these guidelines:

🚭 No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes inside or on the property (violations may result in up to $500 cleaning fee).

🐾 No animals.

👥 Registered guests only. Max 2 people (for bookings made after July 9, 2025).

🎉 No parties or events.

🔑 Lost keys = replacement fee.

👟 Remove shoes indoors.

🍳 Use cutting boards (not counters/appliances).

🕙 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. Keep TV and noise at respectful levels.

🧹 Tidy up after yourself: wash used dishes, pick up toys, dispose of garbage/recycling properly.

✨ No confetti, sparkles, or strong/pungent odors (cooking, pranks, etc.). Extra deep-cleaning may result in an additional fee (up to $250).

💵 Any damages, excessive cleaning beyond 2.5 hrs, or handling of rule violations (e.g. unauthorized gatherings, or requiring Airbnb or police intervention) may result in additional charges.
