”I have stayed here many times and I have zero complaints!”

”This hotel is nice enough, it worked for our stay. The room was clean and well furnished. The bathroom was large and clean. The bed was comfy - but it was so high, I had trouble getting into bed. I am a senior, just 5' tall, and I literally could not get onto the bed! I finally took the bed closest to a wall and had to push myself up with my feet against the wall. Why are hotel beds so high. I'm not a youngster who can jump up onto the bed. If I ever stay here again, I'll either bring a step...

”Front desk staff went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Maintenance seemed to have trouble figuring out how to fix a noisy toilet flush valve. ”

”Had to change room 2 times because of the cigarette smell even though room was supposed to be non-smoking. Overall hotel is very outdated.”

”The hotel was shot down and closed and Expedia was supposed to let me know in advance to get myself a different place I was laying around for hours to decide where to go and what to do. Horrible/ Not happy and mad. ”
