”I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. ”The stay was great. There was only two issues. The pool water was very cold, the pool should be heated. The other issue was that the rooms get clean every two days so after our first night we assumed it would not be cleaned. Well they came in and cleaned when we were out, not a big deal there was nothing out that we would not them to see but if it is every two days insure you follow that schedule.”

”The staff was very accommodating and pleasant at all times Miss Kerri was our favorite. She helped us with breakfast every morning and also drove us to the airport. During all of our interactions, she always had a smile on her face and a kind word for every person in the vicinity. I would come back to the hotel just because of her.”
