”The Drury Santa Fe hotel is ideally located, right downtown, and the staff is gracious and helpful. The free breakfast and Kickback suppers are tasty although I wish they would offer whole grain and not just white bread. Beds are very comfortable. I love the rooftop pool and hot tub.Closet and drawer space somewhat limited for two people.”
”Amazing property and even more amazing staff! Great service and they knew my name after the first day and it was such a nice touch! You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! It was the best ever!!! ”
”The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. ”
”Rooms were nice with comfortable sitting area. Restaurant was wonderful, especially the outdoor patio area. Location was perfect. Pool area and service staff were very nice as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”
”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood.
