”The pool and rooftop deck were really nice, great views. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Great location close to the plaza and really appreciated the valet parking in a covered garage on the property.”

”Room both comfortable and attractively decorated. Private patio and public patio outside our door very attractive, quiet, relaxing. Breakfast room cozy, food exactly what we liked: breads, fresh fruit, hot egg dish, staff friendly and accommodating. Location quiet, comfortably short walk to Plaza and city center. All in all, a lovely experience away from crowds, but close to plenty of Santa Fe action.”

”The hotel and room were very nice and everyone was helpful. I am sensitive to smells and the only complaint I had was the room had a strong smell of cleaning fluid. We had to open the windows and leave the room for a while to air it out.”

”The Inn and Spa at Loretto is an amazing resort. It is within walking distance to the Plaza. The Loretto chapel is right next door and is incredibly beautiful with the winding staircase. The pool at the Inn was awesome! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and they had poolside service that was outstanding! We will definitely return when we are in Santa Fe!”

”We stayed there May 14-17, 2026. It was an impromptu stay and we were so lucky to have the Colorado Room……totally delightful, beautifully decorated, super-comfy twin beds (pushed together), but the biggest plus was the covered corner patio surrounded by lush gardens. Four course breakfasts in the garden area were charming and delicious. This is a “must-stay” inn to go to and enjoy.”

The bed was comfortable enough and we did embrace the tranquility of the property. However, the lack of privacy and light blocking with the window coverings, the extreme bleakness of the room, the broken tile behind the bed, the single high-hung mirror in the already tight restroom, the water lined, shallow "soaking" tub, the...

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”
