”The heating was a problem- the room boiled at night because the thermostat was outside in main area - we had to open the windows in December to try and cool the room- every night ! The thermostat kept resetting itself … ugh The room too small for the bed and a real lack of electrical outlets ”

”This was an excellent property. The room type I booked wasn’t available and they gave me two rooms and covered the charges for the 2nd room. Rooms were clean and spacious, pets were welcomed and the overall vibe was friendly and accommodating. Staff were amazing!”

”This hotel is such a treat to stay at. If at all possible, get a room with a kiva fireplace. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of Old Santa Fe and within walking distance of everything you need. The staff is attentive and professional, I even got a free upgrade unexpectedly for staying here in the past. This hotel has a nicer, smaller feel than the chain corporate hotels that you will love. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.”

”This is a very well-run property, but these are not really villas, rather typical hotel rooms in buildings. A fine pool and spa, both with ADA chair lifts for wheelchair-dependant guests like my brother. Soundproofing was not good, and some loud guests leaving their room over and over denied us some needed morning sleep. There was a disconnect between expedia and Hilton, and the reserved ADA room with a roll-in shower was not available. The very helpful staff did find us an ADA room with bars,...

”This is a really great hotel. Newly remodeled and very nice. Comfortable. Nice furnishings. Great location 3 minutes from The Plaza. Very quiet. Highly recommend. Would stay here again for sure. ”

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”
