”Room both comfortable and attractively decorated. Private patio and public patio outside our door very attractive, quiet, relaxing. Breakfast room cozy, food exactly what we liked: breads, fresh fruit, hot egg dish, staff friendly and accommodating. Location quiet, comfortably short walk to Plaza and city center. All in all, a lovely experience away from crowds, but close to plenty of Santa Fe action.”

”Drury Plaza is a fabulous place to stay in Santa Fe! The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very nice, especially the bathrooms. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Plaza. The staff is professional, friendly and very concerned with accommodating their travelers needs and comfort.”

”Well appointed room with lots of extra touches like a nightlight in the bathroom, ceiling fans, lots of hooks for things and a shelf in the bathroom with space for your own toiletries. Great location, within a half mile of the historic plaza. However, our King suite was on the end and very close to the very busy road, so road noise was pretty bad until midnight or so. They provided ear plus, but we don't think they're very comfortable for sleeping in! Other rooms further from the road were...

”I believe it used to be a motel that has been transformed into a cute, tiny hotel. It was not very close to La Plaza so walking was intense without a car. We had hot days, stores did not open before 10/11 am and many were close d completely or would close at 5 pm. All in all it was ok but I found staff as totally uninformed and non cooperative. Most common answer was "I don't know".”

”Great location. The Santa Fe Plaza is in walking distance, so you don't have to struggle with parking. Roomy compared to your usual hotel room and the kitchenette came in handy. I felt the price was very reasonable for the amenities.”

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”I booked 4 nights at the Vanessie because it was located close to the downtown area of Santa Fe and the Railroad District. Also, I was looking for local charm, and thought the wood-beamed ceiling was cool. I got there after 9:00 PM only to find out that they do not staff the Inn after 8:00 PM. I called the emergency number posted by the front door and Jay walked me through were to find my key codes (there are no keys, just coded locks) and got me into Unit 1. I immediately found small ants...

”We checked in on a Tuesday evening. One of my daughters went to take a shower and the knob to the hot water did not work. So the next morning I let the office know in person. I felt like I was blown off. Left for the day came back and the knob to the hot water was still not working nor was I notified to let me know that they had looked at it at least. This was unit 99 with the two bathrooms. And having teenage daughters having an extra bathroom is extremely helpful. But that did not happen. So...
