”The location is fantastic for Carlsbad Caverns. The Cactus Cafe is excellent. The breakfast burritos are great. It now closes at 3pm and we had to make last second plans for dinner. Unfortunately, the water slides were closed when we were there despite getting a text message the day of stating that it would be open.”

”Absolutely horrible. One of the worst properties we have stayed in. Zero customer service. Strong industrial cleaner smell. Could not open window due to torn screen. Security door to back parking lot broken. NO HOT WATER. Run away from this hotel. Quality only in name. Should be renamed to Broken Down Inn.”
