”Everything was wonderful! The cabin was perfect for the 7 of us. The host was very communicative and helpful and the kids loved watching the deer walk by every morning! ”

”The house decor and layout is great. Beds are very comfortable and good sheets. Coffee, tea provided and use of garage. The house is located right off the main strip so you have restaurants within half a mile and the downturn 5 minutes away. You can tell a difference from a personal host verse a management company caring for a home. Excellent host ”

”Good afternoon just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay at Crows Nest we had a great time and the property is amazing but last night approximately at 2 am someone tried to break in to our tree house. Thankfully Ruidoso Police did go when we called and they found a man that had trespassed the property and they walked him out. If I had any suggestions it would be to possibly have certain contact information of someone available on the property for when there is emergencies”

”Really nice backyard to spend an evening outside and a great neighborhood. Great interior to enjoy and unwind and relax for a few days. Only downside was the hot tub was out of service. ”

”Close to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadeloupe National Park. Carlsbad is a nice town with plenty of eating and shopping options. We did make several meals and had what we needed to do that. ”

”As soon as we walked in we had to open the windows , the whole house had a bad odor. They only had a roll of toilet paper in each restroom. We had to go purchase more toilet paper and some deodorant sprays. The house needs some updated furniture. Besides the TV in the living room , everything else is outdated. The table was wabbly , the sofas had a weird smell. Seeing the mouse traps around the house freaked out the kids.It served its purpose for the one night we started. We went to the Carlsbad...

”Ok- this place is absolutely beautiful. Like, it is decorated and maintained in a manner that makes it feel really good to just be there. The outside and the inside seem professionally done. It’s very clean, it’s in a nice neighborhood, and feels safe. On top of that — and this is a big deal to me - the beds are super comfortable and so is the couch. ”The condo was well kept, updated, and cozy. Instructions for the fireplace, TV and heating systems were easy to located and follow. The condo is easily located off the main highway; but secluded enough with a great view off the patio and upstairs windows. Neighborhood was peaceful. Full kitchen with everything we needed. We would stay there again!”

”Great place for our stay visiting relatives who make their home at Alto….close enough to walk over but far enough for privacy! Single level (3 stairs only at the entrance) and well planned space for up to 6 people with the master and en-suite bathroom on one side of the house and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms in the other end, plus a great deck. We visit at least twice a year and will be booking this home again, and again!”
