”We enjoyed our stay here. The valet was included with the room price. We handed the keys to the valet and didn’t drive again until we checked out 3 days later. We walked to museums, shops and restaurants the whole vacation. There is a daily happy hour in the lounge. The heated pool was nice in the cool October weather.”

Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. ”Large homeless population around the hotel. The hotel it’s self was nice and well cared for but the area is not safe. ”

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”
