Hei, kiitos, että katsoit tätä upeaa kotia. Talo on aivan uusi helmikuusta 2016 alkaen. Tämä on rentouttavin paikka olla. Se sijaitsee Slidellissä, LA, Pontchartrain-järvellä. Se on 5 mailin päässä Hwy 11 -sillasta New Orleansiin ja on alle 30 minuutin päässä ranskalaisesta kaupunginosasta, Super Domesta, Jazz Festistä ja Essence Festistä. Talo on 35 mailin päässä kasinoista Mississippin lahden rannikolla.


Nauti henkeäsalpaavista auringonlaskuista järvelle istuessasi kuistilla tai talon sisäpuolelta. Koko talon ympäröivä kuisti, joka antaa sinulle varjossa ja miellyttävän tuulen milloin tahansa päivästä.

Jos rakastat kalastusta ja rapistamista, tämä on paikka. Kalat ja rapuja voidaan kiinni laiturilta ilman venettä. Kalaa koko päivän ja yön kirkkaan valon alla, joka paistaa vedellä houkuttelemaan kaloja. Veneenlaukaisu on korttelin päässä. Tuo oma vene ja vesiskootterit. Kalastusvuokraukset ovat saatavilla. Plus, tästä lähtien veneiden vuokraus oli veneiden vuokraus.

Ei ole mitään ongelmaa löytää paikkaa aurinkoa. Tontti mahtuu tilavasti ulkoiluun, kuten lentopallo, jalkapallo ja kaali baseball.

Mennä naimisiin? Tämä on kauniilla paikalla hääjuhlaan ja kuvia varten. Täydellinen romanttinen hääpaikka. Pohjakerroksessa on 3800 neliömetriä päällystettyä katettua tilaa bar-b-q: lle, autojen pysäköintiin tai hengailuun. Voimme huolehtia myös tapahtumastasi.

Siellä on yhteensä 12 vuodetta, jotka ovat 5 king-vuodetta, 2 queen-vuodetta ja 5 täyttä sänkyä. Talossa on neljä täyttä kylpyammetta ja kaksi ½ kylpyä. Talossa on täydellinen keittiö ja pesutupa jokaisessa kerroksessa, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Meillä on nopea wifi.

Pyyhkeet, liinavaatteet, saippua, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta ja -lauta toimitetaan.

Tässä suuressa erässä on pysäköinti useille autoille. Tämä on hieno koti perhelomille ja lomille.

Talo on lähellä monia ravintoloita, päivittäistavaroita, ostoskeskuksia ja paljon muuta.

Varhaiset sisäänkirjautumiset ovat saatavana 100 dollaria per tunti ennen kello 16:00. m.

The house was AMAZING!!! It's a bit of a hike to New Orleans, but otherwise we couldn't have asked for more. Tons of space for everyone, the pool was fantastic, and the view over the lake was even better than the photos. And there were way more options for great food in Slidell than we realized (shoutout to Palmetto's on the Bayou). Everyone agreed we would 100% stay there again if we come back to New Orleans.

Stayed in this awesome house with a group of 15 guys for a long weekend. Rain or shine, the house is so accommodating of a large group. It was everything we could have wanted and more, the group consensus was that even the photos don’t fully do it justice, and expectations were already high based on them. Gorgeous views and interiors, spacious decks, living areas and kitchen, great pool and backyard, all at a very reasonable cost. More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms, AC worked great. The perfect place for a large group. The owners were fantastic and very responsive. We were all sad to go once the weekend was over, and the house was a big part of that. Wish I could rate it higher!

We had a group of 4 families staying together. We were attending a national cheer competition in New Orleans. The size of the home was excellent for our group. We even had a few beds we didn't use. We enjoyed:The pool. The large sun deck was a hit. We noticed complaints about not enough seating in the pool area. That didn't bother us. We were either in the pool or the teens would lay out on towels around the edge.The pier and fishing were also a hit. We caught a crab and several fish.The sunsets are amazing! The lake is calm and peaceful an excellent deck to enjoy your morning coffee.Need for improvement :Several things in the house could use some updating. The toaster barely works, the coffee maker on/off switch doesn't work. Be sure you unplug it after use. Dishes in cabinets from previous guests were not clean. In general the kitchen could use a good reorganization. This is likely due to previous guests just not putting things away correctly.The host is extremely responsive. We had a slight issue with AC on day and it was resolved within hours. Any questions we asked were promptly answered.Overall this was an excellent vacation home and we enjoyed our stay.

This thing is exactly as described. The house was extremely clean. Overall it did exactly what we asked the house to do. I would have given it a five-star rating overall had the home not needed a few items. Overall, the furniture is quite worn and outdoor accommodations for larger groups. Just simply is not there. Two recliners for 20 people doesn't work. With that being said, that's really my message too. Hopefully the owner if they see this. Spend a little bit of money in the house and certainly not only will you get more rent? You would have return revenue with people like me. I think overall it was a good experience but it could have been great. But even with that said, it's a lot of money and at the end of the day there just wasn't enough seating inside or outside for the size group that the home invites. I would ask you to take a closer look at the size of the couches and seating area for groups of 15 or more. It's certainly a problem with a group 10 or more let alone larger. For anybody that's reading this. I don't want to scare you away from the home, especially of the owner brings in a few more couches and places for people to hang out and have fun.

Bachelor Party Weekend

Great scenic location on Lake Pontchartrain, Slidell was a pleasant surprise to us out of towners, would have considered spending more time in town of we didn’t have such a packed weekend. Not too bad of a drive into New Orleans, but if using ride/share car service just know to look ahead at pricing and budget accordingly.Very spacious, great kitchen amenities and a nice pool. Sleeps 22 but do take note there are 12 beds. Bring your own soap to shower but over all very nice place and good experience.

Awesome property. Celebrated a friend's 55th bday. There 15 of us and no one felt like their personal spaces were being invaded. The pool was heated and water felt great in the 70 degree weather. Property is about 25 minutes from New Orleans. Great views with available fishing.

Great location. Essentials are available in Slidell, but you can easily access New Orleans. House was perfect for a crowd of over 20 people. There was great crabbing off the pier.

We had such a wonderful time at this location. We truly enjoyed all of the amenities, including the heated pool. Words can not describe the view of the sunrise and sunset each morning and evening. So calming. Breathtaking beauty. The property was clean, comfortable and beautiful just as advertised. The property owner/manager was super professional, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. when we travel this week again, it will be the same property if it’s available. Can’t wait to come back .

Great vacation

Went to celebrate a family members milestone birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and the pier was terrific. A/C worked great which was a huge plus in sweltering heat. No hot water first day but owner was quick to respond and it was back up and running on day 2. There were tvs in most of the rooms but couldn't find remote controls. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Very close to train tracks so bring earplugs.

Great place for a large family to stay

We wanted to take the whole family to Jazz Fest. We had a total of 10 adults and 9 grandchildren 12 and under. They all loved the pool and fishing was excellent. Larry the owner was wonderful to work with through the entire process. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

A perfect group house on the water

We adored our stay at the Lake House and highly recommend it! Out of all the houses we've stayed in the NOLA area this is hands-down our favorite. Larry was very responsive and check in was a breeze. We found the house very clean and well-stocked. We appreciated that the dock and pool were gated for extra safety. This spot is a bird watchers dream, it's really magical watching the herons over the lake in the morning with a coffee on the deck. Besides the scenery, the house has an ideal layout for our family gathering. There are large, open communal spaces for gathering on every level (even under the house!) but the bedrooms are private and tucked away so older folks had no problem sleeping early while others stayed up. Having two laundry rooms was a very convenient plus for our crew. The location of the house sets it apart from the neighbors and makes it feel very secluded and private, especially in the lakeside area with the pool. A perfect choice for a family reunion!

Overall Great experience

Overall the experience was very nice. Eight military brothers of a special group we reunion every year with a different host. The ability to fish and crab from the pier was absolutely wonderful. Close to golf course satisfied the group that golfed. There was not a need for space, very spacious accommodations. More than enough beds and bathrooms. Some very minor aesthetics and I was looking forward to a heated pool, but did not feel heated. But I would definitely do it again. Actually considering it for next year.

The only two things we were not happy about was that every bedroom does not have a TV and, the towels, wash cloths and dish towels have a very heavy sour smell, recommend bringing them with you.

More Than We Expected

We had a group of 20 adults (ages 29+) that stayed at this lake house paradise. Everything was as pictured however the pictures doesn't do this property justice. We so fell in love with this home and scenery. Waking up every morning was so peaceful and serene. The home was spacious enough for 20 adults with no problem. We used the pool everyday and even figured out how to get it heated, it was perfection. Location was 30 mins from French Quarters and 18 mins from Nola Pedal Barge so it was perfect for us. Larry was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. I'd def stay here again and recommend it to others. You can't go wrong booking this home.
