"This is a pretty good hotel in a great location. A few small things bothered me, though. First, I was supposed to receive a $20 voucher and a bottle of water delivered to my room the next day, as I’m a long-time Hotels.com user. However, the front desk completely ignored this, and only on the last day—when I brought it up—did they acknowledge that I was entitled to them. I was also a bit bothered by how serious the front desk staff seemed. The hotel itself is in a great location. It’s about a 15-minute walk and you’re in the French Quarter. The hotel has a good restaurant with good food."

"The hotel was grand and the pool area very nice. But the noice! We came from Europe and didn't know Bourbon street when booking the hotel and the hotel is on that street! It's terrible! I have never heard this loud noice of bars playing music next to each other starting in the early afternoon to 3.00 am. So if you are not joining this party, I really don't recommend any hotels i this area."
