”The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast is 10 different kinds of sugar. Some kind of protein should be a part of a breakfast. Boiled eggs, or greek yogurt are easy enough. Thank.”

”Large room with fancy bathroom. Nice common area. Good continental breakfast. Only issue is we didn’t have control of the AC and the vent over the bed intermittently made us cold at night.”

”The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. ”

”When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money. VRBO took their side! This was a horrific experience. I hope they get the sewer smell figured out. I just wanted to visit my daughter and this turned into a nightmare. I understand...
