Awelfryn is a charming property located in the harbour town of New Quay, Ceredigion. It has been renovated to a high standard and retains many original features. Being in the centre of the town, it is an ideal location for enjoying everything New Quay has to offer and is only a 5-minute walk away from the picturesque harbour, the fabulous sandy beaches, and the many shops, pubs and restaurants.

The level garden at the rear of the property is south-facing and a  wonderful place to relax in the evening and catch the last of the sun after a day on the beach.

New Quay, the ‘jewel of Ceredigion’, is famous for its resident bottlenose dolphins, which can be seen regularly from the shore. Dolphin-watching trips are available from the harbour, and guests staying from April to October are given 20% off SeaMor Dolphin-Watching Boat Trips! Fishing trips and a wide range of water sports are also on offer. 

There are many fantastic places to eat and drink in New Quay and there is no shortage of things to do. Eat your fish and chips on the harbour wall watching the sunset, or enjoy an ice cream strolling along the beach. It is an ideal place for a family holiday with 2 fabulous beaches. Enjoy splashing about in the sea or crabbing off the cliffs  - there is something here for everyone. 

The property is close to the Ceredigion Coast Path, where you can experience spectacular walks and view the coastal wildlife, including porpoises, seals and an amazing bird colony. Small enclosed south-facing rear garden, level and partly lawned which backs onto a quiet access lane, playing fields and playground suitable for children all ages. Patio area with garden furniture. Washing line. The shed contains a tumble dryer and an extra freezer. There is off-road parking for 1 car. There are additional paid car parking facilities nearby.
