”House was nice and roomie, we had good communication with vrbo through their app. We were really bummed the pool didn’t heat up over Thanksgiving week. The pool can’t be heated during the winter months when because they think a heat pump heats the water when in fact heat pumps are used to cool the pool water in the hot summer months. The heat pump takes the heat out of the water and returns it to the pool cold. It cannot heat cold water in the winter months. The house has bedrooms for 12 except...

”Everything was great. Hot tub was not functioning. We are a bunch of older guys playing softball and we choose places with hot tubs as the main consideration. I understand things break. Communication was ok but not phenomenal. Was told it would be ready Friday night when we returned from playing softball. It was not. So I called and received a text saying they would call later. ”Overall a nice property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and good communication from owner...having more instructions on how to use media/hvac in home would help and maybe gyms/exercise places nearby. Otherwise all expectations met. ”
