”This garage conversion has been thoughtfully and cleverly set up. The location is excellent for the beach and under 10 mins walk to the town’s shops and restaurants. Good and clever little kitchen set up with more than you are likely to use (e.g. small air fryer and twin hot plates). Excellent shower.”

”We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you can’t go wrong with the location. The main living space is really well equipped with loads of kitchen stuff, sharp knives, comfy sofas and a great selection of books and games. The beds are comfortable and shower is a good pressure. We’d definitely...

Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens. However, it was dirty in areas, like the crockery all had to be washed before use, blinds were dirty and dusty, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and dog hair around. Not...
