”We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is above a lovely store, with its entrance off a deck in the back. Everything was very clean, and the exposed old beams gave the historic house so much charm. The location was excellent and made it easy to walk everywhere—breakfast right across the street, a liquor store next door, and groceries and bars just down the road. For anyone planning a stay, towels and linens are included, along with beach towels and chairs, even though those amenities aren’t...

”Quiet, peaceful area. Walking distance to beach. Not ideal for toddlers who need a bathroom. None available. Did not know in advance. Well stocked kitchen. Master room had a comfortable bed. Love that there’s an outdoor shower. Three tvs- Wow! Like the patio minus the flora which falls on the furniture and gets in way of seated people.Well stocked games. AC available in all rooms ; however extremely noisy.”

”We stay in a lot of Vrbos and feel this home was lacking. We’ve never had to provide our own sheets & towels (a pain if flying). No soap provided for the showers. Only a half a roll of toilet paper provided. Outlets that didn’t work. Two front porch lights either burned out or not working, which was challenging given how dark the property was at night. Other bulbs in the house also burned out. The one positive: the property was quiet.”

”This house is incredible!! I would definitely rent again. It’s perfect for a large group and has a lot of thoughtful touches, like kids plates, lobster pot, fancy dinnerware and cookware. Two dining room tables, a large sectional, two washer/dryers and three outdoor tables make it very it easy to host a large party. The third floor shower and outdoor shower were our favorites! It’s a quick ten minute ride to the beautiful Roger Wheeler beach. Robin was extremely communicative and accommodating...

”Adorable, spacious, and walkable. The kitchen was well stocked with all needs. We walked to the Seafood shop, cooked mussells and clams on the grill and loved Brickley's Ice Cream just down the street. Quaint town within steps of the house and cute cafes and shops of Wakefield. Just a mile to the wedding venue (Shepherd's Run) as well as a Welcome Party at the Surf Shack. Scarborough Beach was close and affordable for non-residents. It was a wonderful trip.”
