”Didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any free continental breakfast. Also the heater didn’t work but they were very quick & efficient in changing out the unit. Excellent working crew.”

”We love coming to this Holiday Inn location. Staff is friendly, and the location is walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and the breakfast has many options. They do have a pool although when we went it was under renovation, but they did have another option to use the pool at the Sheraton. We will definitely book here again!”

”I had a horrible sleep due to the cheap mattress which I was completely shocked about how it sinked in and I’m not a heavy person so I can imagine what your heavier person can feel. I had originally booked a room that it had a stand up shower but I was moved to a different room it came with a tub instead? Now for some people it can be ok but I have bad knees and it was very inconvenient. I was expecting to be told if I was ok with that.”

”The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. ”

”Hotel was OK. My complaint is that we were stuck in a room beside a wedding party. If you know, your hotel is being used for a wedding you should really try and keep other guests separate so that they’re not having to deal with the noise all night! Also, there definitely could be better places to put the ice machines and vending machines then right outside of the room doors because they are noisy all night long.”
