Nice hotel in a very good location
Nice hotel in a very good location. Location is really good, right beside of 9/11 memorial and WTC. Lots of shops and restaurants near. Also lots of attractions near. Room was very clean and quiet. I had a balcony room and it was really nice with direct view to 9/11 pool. Good wifi in the room. Good coffee with Keurig machine. Small fridge and microwave were really nice. Complimentary coffee in the lobby and water machines with refillable bottles in every floor. Comfortable bed and good pillows for me. And extra plus for proper, thick duvet/quilt. Negative comes from the limited housekeeping that ment that there was no housekeeping at all. You get more coffee, shampoo, toilet paper etc. by asking but it is really annoying to have to ask things every day. Specially when most of the times there is a line of people for the reception. You get your trash taken away by leaving them outside your room and but again you have to aske them to be taken away. One more negative comes from the elevators. They are sitting in the floors, a lot, while lots of people are waiting for them. Big plus for free laundry facilities. You have to book laundry and get the key from reception but use of washer and dryer is free and you get detergent also. Price-quality ratio is really good and location superb. In general, very nice hotel and would certainly come again. Recommend warmly for all travellers.

I felt i overpaid for this hotel. The bathroom smelled moldy and the wallpaper was coming off. It looked clean but it was not four star clean. This is not a four star hotel. the location was decent. The pictures showed a view of the city we had a small window and there was no view. I would not stay here again .

Unfortunately, we booked this very last minute and we didn't realize how terrible the situation would be with Mr. Purple being a couple floors above us and running until 4 AM with loud dance music. I take it as my fault for not doing any research, but since it was last minute, I hadn't really looked into it and the reviews actually don't look that bad but we literally didn't sleep all night and because we were not coming prepared we did not have earplugs or anything to prepare us for the noise that was consistently allowed throughout our entire evening until the club shut down around 4 AM and by then we were up two hours later ready to go home because we were just so Tired. So if nothing else, perhaps the hotel can give the guests disposable earplugs to avoid the terrible type of experience of the evening that we had. We however, will never get back that time to sleep and remain exhausted today.

Hôtel très bien situé en face de One WTC accessible à 5 mn à pied du métro 1 pour se rendre au Nord et Times Square . Secteur sécurisé et propre vs Times Square trop bruyant . Excellent staff. The happy hour on the rooftop is great. Location at the World Trade Center is fantastic. Taxi usually waiting at the entrance. Ride share available. The train stations were so close it was great.

One of my favorite stays in NYC. The hotel is well-equipped with amenities, such as laundry and free water refill stations. The hotel is designed to be eco-friendly, such as having recycling bins in the room. I had a courtyard view that was quite pretty to look at. I would stay there again.

We loved staying in Lower Manhattan. The hotel is within walking distance to the 9/11 Memorial, Wall Street, Oculus, many restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel staff were always helpful and with a smile on their face. The only issues that we had was that the rooms are not cleaned daily. We ran out of toilet paper and we had to request clean towels. For the price that we paid for a four night stay, the rooms should be cleaned daily and restocked.

We tried to check in and they said the room wasn’t ready. We came back hours later and the room was still not ready. They said they would call us when it was ready. They never called and we went back again and they had to call someone to see if it was ready. No complimentary anything for the inconvenience. It threw off our day and interfered with our dinner plans and reservations. I’m sure no one really cares! Disappointed.

The service before we even checked in was amazing. The front desk staff was very patient, kind and allowed us to check our baggage since we arrived a few hours early and had a tour to catch. The room was very clean, spacious (for New York), and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed in 3 different hotels over the span of our trip and this was by far the best. We will be staying here again and for longer next time!
