”Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. However I paid for late checkout in advance and was somehow locked out of my room after 11:000 forcing me to waste time in line at the front desk to get a new key activated. Also staff were unaware of where I should go to refill my room’s water bottle. (Great filtered water at the hotel). But fantastic place to stay for sure.”

”Property was immaculate and staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Only criticism was the fixed temperature on the thermostat in the room. The room was too warm and the unadjustable thermostat did not allow us to cool the room to a desirable temperature for sleeping comfortably. We assumed the property management was being cost conscious and wanted to reduce their air conditioning expenses. ”
