Newly renovated 3 bedroom townhome with a private 2 car parking and a Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging station. The property is located within a quiet serene setting with nothing to disturb your peace. You could go out for a walk within the neighborhood, go tax free shopping at the Christiana Mall, attend graduation or sports events at the University of Delaware, try your luck at the Delaware Race Park (White Clay Creek golf course is part of the park) or go to downtown Wilmington for any number of activities, including the Frawley Stadium, just 15 minutes away.

Being right off I-95, you can be in either NJ or MD within 10 minutes and PA within 15 minutes.

The property itself offers a plethora of amenities to make your stay more enjoyable ranging from an array of K-Cup coffees and organic teas to USB charge ports for charging your portables, to a Roku TV in every bedroom.

The property is in a good location near everything avaliable. The house was clean, included 2 parking places out front, more at the corner. The kitchen needs hot pads & dish sponges otherwise the house was fully stocked towels, extras soaps, etc. There was with room for a family of 7.

Quiet and Spacious

We rented this townhouse for a month for my son's surgical residency rotation at Cristiana Care. It was a perfect location and easy to get to and from the hospital. Owner was very responsive with any questions / concerns which we appreciated. Very quiet and close to grocery stores. Even had a Trader Joe's close by!

It was convenient but there was no hot water in the master bath sinks and one was slow draining. Many light switches were cracked and broken. We had trouble getting into the home and had to have management come and open it.

A great place to stay and large enough for family of 5. Easy to access.

We stayed there for baseball tournament 10 mins away. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space in the house. Modern appliances and tvs in each of the bedrooms. Access easy and parking for 2 vehicles. Would definitely stay again if another event in the area.

Just what we needed

Great location, nice neighborhood. Clean home, everything we needed was provided. Kitchen fully stocked. Very thankful for everything there! Surprise basement was great for the kids to sleep in and have own space. Easy to get in and out, close to everything.

Beautiful Home!!

This place is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed are so comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice, especially the master bath!!! I'd definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Lots of good qualities… From the check in to the Starbucks coffee to the comfy beds and fluffy towels! The owner was very responsive and seemed very nice and the house was clean! We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Clean and Convenient Townhouse

We attended a lacrosse tournament at the nearby Kirkwood Sports Complex in Newark. This townhouse is conveniently located near Kirkwood, the University of Delaware, and many restaurants and shopping centers. The rental rate is reasonable and staying here was 100% better than a comparable hotel. The owner was courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. Check in was easy with a code for the front door. The kitchen had a kuerig and a great selection of coffees and tea was waiting to welcome us. The owner even stocked the refrigerator with bottled water for us. The home itself is clean and nicely decorated. There are three bedrooms and the beds are comfortable. The master has a big jacuzzi tub. There is a home office for doing work and the Wi-Fi is great. All tvs have roku. The neighborhood was quiet and we didn’t hear anything from the two homes next door. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Having an owner who cares is always the most important thing to me. This owner cares and it shows.
