”Friendliness and clean and location”

”Room was large and clean with a bath and shower. The hotel is in a beautiful village next to the river and many lovely walks. Evening meal was excellent, as was breakfast. All the staff were great with Naomi going above and beyond.”

”I felt comfortable soon has i walked in staff where lovely, the only thing was they had a power cut for 12 hours and it was pitch black in the bedroom i know its not there fault but i have a walking disability which i try to keep to my self. But other than that i have had a fantastic stay.”

”A lovely old world pub, the highest in Britain. Lovely ambience, cosy bar areas and nice rooms. Just a few scruffy areas like the carpet going up to the accommodation and the ceiling and floor of the bathroom sliding door area. However it is understandable with being a busy pub with people with work boots and walking boots constantly in and out. The food was good, with lots of choice and well cooked. ”The Hotel for the price you pay was ok. The bed was clean, however no mattress protection was laid down. The bathroom was also clean. The rest of the room as not as clean as i would have hoped and looked tired. The location however is excellent! Parking was suffient and only a 3min walk in the famous all creatures great and small area. ”

”On arrival the radiator wasnt working so the lovely host moved rooms and couldnt do enough to make sure i was ok. Then threw in a couple of free beers. The staff working literally couldnt do enough to help”
