”Perfect for our needs”

”A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you.”

”Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut). ”

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”

”Check in was smooth and easy. Charlie was very pleasant and helpful. The room was prepared well and clean and tidy. Hotel facilities were good. Restaurant food was nicely prepared and presented and was very tasty. The coffee machine (premier room) was a bit of a faff to use but when it was figured out, produced nice coffee. One comment we read said there was a £10 parking charge. This was not the case and parking was free for travellers, but you must register the vehicle at reception.”

”Comfy bed, staff were very helpful, good location. There is club on bottom floor, something to watch out for. It wasnt a big deal for me as i had ear plugs.”

”Quick walk from the train station and into town. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Rooms are adequate and clean. Great value for a solo traveler.”

”What a great retreat in the English countryside. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Perfect place for a nice getaway. We were also excited to use the Golf Simulator nearby. Our only regret is having to check out. See you next time !”

”Wow. This was an amazing experience. The woman who greeted and took care of us (Emma?) was the most wonderful host and the hardest working person I have ever met. The room was fantastic with a great view and the experience in general was magical. The only downside was that the published open times for the tavern were not correct and the links in their welcome books seemed broken. Everything else, fantastic. A great find in a historic space. Worth every penny. ”

”The Kings Head Inn is a lovely place to stay, the room was lovely with a 4 poster bed. The staff were friendly & offered a professional service. There was a good choice for the breakfast option. The property was located just 5 minutes from Warwick town centre, it was clean & had a lovely atmosphere.”

”Had questions about arriving on the Queen's funeral day but my message or email were never answered. During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. Modest breakfast but wasn't expecting too much...
